NaNo–Day 10
I can’t believe it is Day 10 already! I made it to 33,063 words today. Lots of exciting things happening in my novel’s plot!
NaNo–Day 9
30,010 words. I haven’t written this many words in nine days since 2011. And this is the first NaNo where I’ve been ahead. Plus it looks like my novel is going to be more than 50,000 words.
NaNo–Day 8
Today was double-up day at NaNoWriMo, so I took my highest writing day of six thousand words and made the goal to do six thousand words today. I succeeded. Now with 25,382 words written, I should finish my novel on the 16th.
NaNo–Day 4
Word count is 11,790 words. I even did a doodle that is related to my novel.
NaNo–Day 3
What a way to start the day, with 3,000 words in the morning and 3,000 more at night! Current word count: 10,459. Awesome!
NaNo–Day 2
4443 words down. I had a great time at the local write-in and drank two glasses of lemonade. The scenes that came yesterday? Worked on them. Looking forward to further developing the rules of this novel’s world tomorrow.

National Novel Writing Month is finally here! Got off to a great start this morning with 3,440 words. Two scenes I didn’t expect came to mind while working on the beginning, so I’m looking forward to tackling those tomorrow.
Novel a Month Update
I finished reading “Sense and Sensibility.” At the beginning of the month I started working on Novel #5 for three days. Then Novel #7 was born, so I focused on Novel #7. For September, I will focus on Novel #7 and continue reading Jane Austen’s novel in preparation for NaNo (Novel #6) in November.

NaNo is approaching. I’ve started reading “Sense and Sensibility” in preparation for NaNo this year. I have five other novels that are in various stages of completion. So for the month of August, I will focus on one novel and see how far I get with revisions and rewrites. Then at the end of the …
