NaNo–Day 23
I enjoyed a local write in and was so inspired with my story that I wrote some more at home. 65,073 words.
NaNo–Day 7
I had a lovely time at a local write-in. I wrote over four thousand words! And one of the characters I expected to die ended up surviving.
NaNo–Day 2
4443 words down. I had a great time at the local write-in and drank two glasses of lemonade. The scenes that came yesterday? Worked on them. Looking forward to further developing the rules of this novel’s world tomorrow.
NaNo–Day 21
Sadly I only thought about my novel yesterday and didn’t write. I did have fun at the Write-In at Seed Coworking and boosted my word count. At the end of my writing session today, I have 40,921 words. It is strange to think that in less than 10,000 words, the first draft of this novel …

NaNo–Day 10
Today I was late to the Write-In at Grounds For Thought, but I got a raspberry hot chocolate anyway and worked on my novel. Now I have 19,837 words. And I even painted apples for my watercolor workshop with Merrill Rainey. Then I made apple cobbler.

Well, I have made an improvement in my word count today. I wrote before class, at the write-in at the Union, and at the unofficial Prairie Margins write-in. And I used Dr. Wicked Write or Die (http://writeordie.com/) to write an additional 2,000 words. And I wrote two poems on top of that. Today was just …

I typed what I had handwritten at the Prairie Margins Write-In Friday and what I wrote in one of the sessions at Winter Wheat yesterday. So a total of 24,654 words for me. My sprained finger is doing better. I go to the doctor Tuesday for a check up. Wish me luck for typing faster …
